Valuable Life Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced B2B Sales & Marketplace Manager to drive business growth through B2B sales channels, online marketplaces, and industry business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, inquiry conversion, sales, key account management, and B2B customer acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding business across (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Moglix, IndustryBuying, OfBusiness, Udaan, Jumbotail, Amazon Business, Flipkart Business, electrical and appliance distributors) and other online/offline B2B channels.

- Manage all inbound enquiries.
- Respond within defined SLA.
- Qualify leads and assign priority.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate.
- Maintain CRM and follow-up discipline.
- Track enquiry ageing and lost opportunities.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations and finance.
- Improve conversion through scripts and SOPs.
- Analyze enquiry sources and ROI.
- Build dashboards for management.

Work experience

- Experience in Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Consumer Durables, Electronics, or related industries.
- Existing network of distributors, dealers, wholesalers, or institutional buyers will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling bulk orders and corporate sales.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred).
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales and Marketplace Management.
- Across (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Moglix, IndustryBuying, OfBusiness, Udaan, Jumbotail, Amazon Business, Flipkart Business, electrical and appliance distributors)
