Exp: 2-6 years of experience in Medical Admissions Counselling, Medical Education, Healthcare Training, Edtech, or Student Counselling.

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medical Counselor to guide prospective students and healthcare professionals in selecting appropriate educational programs. The candidate will be responsible for counseling leads, understanding their academic and career goals, and helping them make informed decisions regarding medical, healthcare, and allied health education courses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students through phone calls, video consultations, emails, and chats.
- Counsel Doctors and medical professionals on fellowship programs, Cosmetology, Aesthetic Medicine, Critical Care, Cardiology, Nephrology for skill enhancement.
- Understand student profiles, educational background, and career aspirations.
- Provide detailed information about medical, healthcare, nursing, paramedical, and allied health programs.




- Guide candidates through the admission and enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Address student and parent queries regarding course curriculum, career opportunities, fees, and placements.
- Coordinate with academic, admissions, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on trends in medical education, entrance exams, licensing requirements, and healthcare careers.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Edtech, medical education, healthcare training, or admissions counseling.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Solid counselling, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented with proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
Well-organized, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
