Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Python, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications using modern microservices architecture.

Mandatory Skills

- 9–14 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Robust proficiency in Core Java (Java 8/11/17).
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Strong expertise in developing RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Good hands-on experience in Python for application development or automation.
- Experience working with at least one Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and exposure to NoSQL databases is an advantage.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.





Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop secure and high-performance REST APIs and microservices.
- Build and maintain Python-based services, scripts, or automation solutions where required.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps engineers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Splunk.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise application development is a plus.
