Key Responsibilities

- Participate in the planning process for financial audits, including setting objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Evaluate the financial and operational risks to determine the audit approach.
- Execute financial audits in accordance with applicable auditing standards and regulations.
- Review financial statements, transactions, and internal controls for accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and perform substantive testing to detect potential irregularities.
- Use audit software and tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of audit procedures.
- Assistance to develop the internal control systems and recommend improvements to enhance financial transparency and risk management.
- Maintain detailed and organized audit work papers for each engagement.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports, summarizing findings, recommendations,



and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with Stakeholders to understand their business processes and financial operations.
- Provide guidance and insights on financial matters and best practices.
- Participate in new business development efforts.

Qualifications

- Candidate must have 1+ years of experience in Finance Audit and Accounting with any Bakery, Hotel and Restaurants or with any Food Chain.
- Candidate must have an accounting degree, B. Com, at least 1+ years of audit experience, valuable organizational and communications skills, and proficiency with computers including, but not limited to ProSystem engagement, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Candidate having exposure to Auditing software such as SAP, Logic, Posit, Telly etc. would be preferred.
- An ability to be constantly self-driven and stay organized.
