Hiring: Software Developer (C++) | Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about building high-performance software using Modern C++? We're looking for a Software Developer (C++) to join our engineering team and work on cutting-edge networking solutions in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Bengaluru (JP Nagar), Karnataka

Note: We are looking for candidates who are currently based in Bengaluru.

Work Model

- Hybrid (34 days from office, 12 days remote)
- Monday to Friday
- Indian holidays observed

Work Hours

12:30 PM 9:30 PM IST

This schedule ensures overlap with our US-based engineering team until 12:00 Noon ET.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using Modern C++.
- Develop scalable, multi-threaded applications in a Linux (Ubuntu) environment.
- Build and maintain modular software components using object-oriented and component-oriented design principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum (SAFe) workplace.




- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and technical documentation.
- Contribute to software architecture, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Required Skills

- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in C++, with hands-on experience in C++17 and C++20.
- Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and component-oriented design.
- Strong experience developing and debugging applications on Linux (Ubuntu).
- Experience with CMake build system and Conan package management.
- Proficiency with Git and Bitbucket.
- Experience working on multi-module software systems.
- Strong understanding of multi-threaded application development.
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts:
- TCP/IP
- UDP
- Socket Programming
- IPv4/IPv6

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum (SAFe) environments using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Telecom or Networking domain.
- Exposure to Golang.
