Position description:?Lead Engineering?

Primary Responsibilities:?

To lead the engineering function at site.

To ensure the productive Operation and
maintenance of Plant machines.

To monitor Preventive Maintenance schedule and
their implementation on time and as per SOP.

To monitor calibration schedule and their
implementation on time as per schedule.

To ensure Safety and Compliance at the Site.

To Liaison with statutory authorities for
ensuring Statutory Compliance all the time.

To work on productivity improvement and
energy/water saving.

To assist QA department for Validation &
Qualification activities.

To ensure the implementation of ISO: 14001,
ISO: 45001 and OHSAS.

To prepared annual Opex & Capex budget
related to Engineering (Energy, repair & Maintenance and Projects)

To maintain & Control Engineering budget
with specific limits.

To ensure procurement & commissioning of
right quality equipment?s at site.

Responsible for Operation and maintenance of
utilities and preventive maintenance management.





To assist the new Projects given by the
management.

To support & carry out Automation &
Digitization Projects.

To ensure All Time Readiness & Regulatory
Compliance at the site.

To improve efficiency and KRAs viz. Cost Per
Unit, Man-days Per Unit & Energy Index.

Team building & sustainability of
operations.

To ensure Continuous Improvement Projects &
Simplification projects.?

Educational qualifications preferred

- Degree:?B. Tech

Required work experience

- Industry: Pharmaceuticals?

- Years of experience:?Between 13 to 16 years

Required Competencies: Strategic Thinking, Team Building and handling, Data Analytics

Required Knowledge:?Regulatory Guidelines, Knowledge of automation, QMS, breakdown management, TPM,?
