Technical Lead - Full Stack & Data Engineering (Microsoft Azure)

Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must have previously worked as a vendor contractor on Microsoft projects and possess active Microsoft V- and BGC clearance.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10-15 years of combined Full Stack Development and Data Engineering experience.
- 3-5+ years in a Technical Lead role within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Azure DevOps Boards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional engineering teams of 5+ engineers and drive end-to-end solution delivery.
- Collaborate with delivery managers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define and execute technical roadmaps.
- Own architecture, design, development, deployment, and operational excellence across application and data platforms.
- Manage technical debt, engineering standards,



scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to solution architecture and ensure adherence to Microsoft engineering best practices.
- Mentor development and data engineering teams while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

- .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices
- React.js, TypeScript
- Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, ADLS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
- Azure Data Explorer (ADX) and Kusto Query Language (KQL)
- Python for data processing and integrations
- Power BI (DAX, data modelling, reporting)
- Power Apps and Power Automate
- Dynamics 365 integrations
- Azure DevOps CI/CD, OneBranch, CloudBuild
- Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault, Managed Identity
- Understanding of GDPR, S360, SSPA, and Microsoft compliance standards
- Exposure to Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry

Preferred

- Financial data modelling, budgeting, variance analysis, and audit trail design.
- Solid stakeholder management and Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
