Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Bridge business and technical teams like Developer , QA Team , BA Team to ensure clear communication, solution alignment, and successful delivery.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support solution design, testing (UAT), and implementation.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and maintain key project documentation (BRDs, functional specifications, user manuals).
- Plan and manage end-to-end project execution, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure quality delivery through testing, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and successful project closure.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Solid expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
- Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.




- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- End-to-end knowledge of the project lifecycle (initiation to closure).
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Strong capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in risk management, change management, and stakeholder negotiation.
- Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe) is a plus.
- Prior experience in [ IT / Finance / Healthcare / etc.] preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise software solutions is an added advantage.
