- Attendance and leave management
- Payroll coordination
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
- MIS reporting and documentation
- Exit formalities and employee relations
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations/Generalist role
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, PF, and ESI
- Preferred experience in Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, or Logistics
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
