Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our Executive Communications team as Communications Consultant to support activities for our India teams and senior executives.

As a Communications Consultant, you will partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across the organization to create compelling content and campaigns that support employee engagement, organizational change, leadership visibility, and community initiatives for the BMC India region. You will play a key role in delivering effective communications through a variety of channels and formats, ensuring messages are relevant, consistent, and aligned with broader company objectives.

This role requires a proactive, collaborative team player with strong writing and project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions. The ideal candidate has worked within the enterprise technology industry and is passionate about storytelling, understands how to engage diverse audiences, and brings fresh ideas and innovative approaches to communications.

This role reports to AVP of Corporate Communications and works closely with India leadership, Human Resources, Corporate Marketing, and other business functions to drive impactful communications across the region.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute communication strategies for India employee engagement initiatives and key internal programs
- Create compelling content and deliver communications across multiple channels, including intranet, email, digital signage, videos, webinars, presentations, and in-person events.
- Enhance leadership visibility through internal and external communications, including social media and leadership site visits.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to drive timely,



impactful employee communications.
- Manage communication calendars and ensure seamless planning, coordination, and execution of communication campaigns.
- Lead end-to-end internal webinar delivery, including scheduling, content coordination, and event support.
- Maintain and optimize content across internal platforms, including the company intranet and employee resource channels.
- Provide communication guidance and recommendations in cross-functional projects to support business goals and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging, brand-aligned communication assets.
- Continuously improve communication effectiveness, employee engagement, and channel performance through innovative approaches and best practices.
- Ensure all communications align with BMC brand standards, corporate policies, and communication guidelines.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, or Marketing Communications
- Strong expertise in Canva for designing high-impact visual content.
- Experience in managing intranet platforms (preferably Igloo).
- Previous experience in managing distribution lists within email tool (preferably Brevo/SendInBlue).
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging and explicit messaging.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with a creative approach to executive presentations.
- Hands-on experience in social media marketing and public relations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple communication projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset to track and measure communication effectiveness
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, photography, and visual storytelling to produce engaging, high-quality content.
- An excellent team player who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues around the world in different disciplines.
