Assembly Line Operations

- Manage and monitor BIW / Trims / Chassis assembly processes
- Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety norms

After-Sales Support

- Analyze field failures related to BIW / Trims / Chassis
- Coordinate with service teams to resolve customer issues
- Provide technical support for warranty and service concerns

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain production records, SOPs, and process documentation
- Generate daily/weekly reports on production and quality metrics

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of automotive assembly processes (BIW / Trims / Chassis)
- Experience in assembly line operations (mandatory)
- Exposure to after-sales / service support (mandatory)




- Positive understanding of quality tools (7 QC tools, root cause analysis)
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / TPM concepts
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
- Relevant experience in automotive manufacturing (OEM / Tier-1 preferred)

- This role does NOT involve design responsibilities
- Candidates with pure design/R&D; background will not be considered
