Quality Analyst (4+years Expereince)We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 4+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate is proactive, quality-driven, and capable of independently managing end-to-end testing activities. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring high-quality product delivery through effective test planning, execution, defect tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications
- Perform manual testing along with basic automation testing to ensure product quality and reliability
- Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman or similar
- Identify, log, and track defects with transparent reproduction steps, severity, and supporting evidence
- Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure system stability across releases
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues
- Maintain up-to-date test documentation, reports,



and dashboards
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver with TestNG (or similar frameworks)
- Strong experience in API testing using Postman (REST APIs)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for database validation
- Good understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have

- Exposure to ServiceNow platform and Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Basic programming/scripting knowledge in Java or Python
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray
- Experience in client-facing roles or stakeholder interaction
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git
