About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Speech Therapist who will play a pivotal role in helping educators and specialists get the most out of the AbleSpace platform. This position blends your clinical expertise with a passion for guiding others. You will train and support users, ensuring they are confident and successful in using our tools to manage their caseloads and support their students effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions (1:1 or group) to onboard new users to the AbleSpace platform.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, helping them navigate the features and tools most relevant to their roles.
Address user questions and troubleshoot issues with clarity, empathy, and efficiency.




Serve as a bridge between users and the product team by gathering and sharing feedback to help improve the platform.
Develop user-friendly resources, such as guides, videos, or FAQs, to enhance user knowledge and independence.
Foster long-term relationships with educators and school-based professionals to promote engagement and retention.

Certified Speech Therapist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with technology and learning current digital tools.
Patient, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
