Role & responsibilities

- Execute civil, structural, architectural, and industrial construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure timely completion of assigned work fronts.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for work planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities to achieve project milestones.

Site Supervision

- Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and work crews.
- Monitor productivity of labour and subcontractors.
- Ensure availability and effective utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and tools.
- Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.

Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with planning, billing, procurement, QA/QC, safety, and MEP teams.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly,



and monthly work schedules.
- Track progress against the project plan and report delays with corrective actions.
- Participate in project review meetings with management and clients.

Quality Control

- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, IS codes, and contract requirements.
- Coordinate inspections with QA/QC engineers and client representatives.
- Monitor concrete works, reinforcement, structural fabrication/erection, finishing works, and industrial installations.
- Ensure rectification of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and quality observations.
