Job Summary:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Selenium Java automation frameworks
- Lead automation strategy and implementation for healthcare claims applications
- Automate end-to-end claims workflows and regression suites
- Perform backend/database validation using SQL queries
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
- Review automation code and mentor QA automation engineers
- Troubleshoot automation failures and improve framework stability
- Collaborate with QA, Development, Product, and Business teams
- Prepare automation reports, metrics, and documentation
- Ensure best practices for reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions
