As a Custom Software Engineer, your day revolves around spearheading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. You serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle. Your role involves overseeing the progress of application development, addressing challenges proactively, and aligning solutions with project goals to deliver high-quality software products.

Roles Responsibilities:-

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.

- Assist in documenting technical specifications and design decisions to support development and maintenance activities.

- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Professional Technical Skills:-

Must To Have Skills:

- Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development.

- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application design principles.

- Experience with database management and query optimization techniques.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Oracle application environments.

- Familiarity with integration of Oracle applications with other enterprise systems.

- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.

- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
