Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end lateral hiring for various roles across IT and RCM domains.
- Source and screen candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support employer branding and internal HR initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or RCM (Healthcare) recruitment.
- Solid sourcing and screening skills using multiple recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and timelines.
- Bachelors degree in HR or a related field preferred.
