This role will be pivotal in enabling employment opportunities, skilling youth, and strengthening Jeeblys presence across Tier-2 and Tier-3 locations.

Position Overview:

Senior Executive CSR will be responsible for driving Divjots community development and social impact initiatives across northern India. The role will focus on education enablement, community outreach, partnerships with skilling institutions and NGOs, and implementing programs that support long-term community independence and development. The individual will work closely with local communities, educational institutions, NGOs, training agencies, and government affiliated bodies to create meaningful and sustainable impact through education, awareness, and skill-building initiatives. This is a field-intensive role requiring robust relationship management, on-ground execution, and community engagement capabilities.

Detailed Job Description:

- Drive initiatives focused on childrens education, learning continuity, and educational awareness within underserved communities.
- Coordinate with schools, NGOs, local communities, and educational partners for implementation of educational support programs.
- Organize community engagement activities, awareness drives, and social impact initiatives.




- Identify and collaborate with NSDC training centers, NGOs, government skill programs, and accredited skilling agencies.
- Support programs aimed at overall skill development and livelihood enhancement for community members.
- Facilitate workshops, awareness sessions, and training initiatives that contribute towards self-reliance and long-term community development.
- Manage relationships with skill agencies, NSDC officials, and placement officers.
- Travel extensively to Tier-2 and Tier-3 locations for outreach and field activities.
- Ensure adherence to Jeeblys compliance and reporting standards.

Key Skills and Competencies

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; local dialects preferred.

Ability to travel frequently across districts and rural clusters. Effective presentation and people engagement skills.

Understanding of NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, and skill ecosystem.

High ownership and field execution capability.

Strong coordination and multi-stakeholder management skills.

Ability to maintain data and prepare structured reports.

Qualifications

• MSW (Master of Social Work) or MBA mandatory.

• 3-5 years of experience in CSR, field operations, skill development, or community engagement.

• Experience working with NSDC/SSC training partners preferred.
