Core Skills (Must Have):

- Hands-on experience administering JIRA including workflows, permissions schemes, custom fields, screens, and notification schemes

- Strong experience with Confluence administration including space management, templates, permissions, and macros
- Bitbucket administration including repository management, branch permissions, and access controls
- Hands-on experience in Atlassian Cloud migration from on-premises to Atlassian Cloud (SaaS) including planning, execution, and post-migration support
- Worked on Atlassian Cloud workplace including user management, site administration, and cloud-specific configurations
- Troubleshooting and system performance monitoring across Atlassian products
- Maintaining documentation including system configurations, process guides, and user manuals

Good to Have:

- Atlassian Cloud-native features including Atlassian Access, cloud security policies, and user provisioning via SCIM

- Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps and third-party JIRA plugins evaluation and implementation
- CI/CD pipeline integration with Bitbucket Pipelines
- Scripting and automation including Groovy (ScriptRunner), REST APIs, or Atlassian automation rules




- Python scripting to automate manual and repetitive administrative tasks
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure concepts
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery practices and supporting development teams
- Experience with platform engineering or DevOps practices

Technical Eligibility:

- Ability to independently manage and administer JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket
- Hands-on exposure to Atlassian Cloud tools and cloud-specific configurations
- Familiarity with at least one or more scripting language such as Python / Groovy / Shell
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices
- Comfortable to work on Linux and Windows.

Preferred Certifications:

- Atlassian certifications including ACP-100 (Jira Administrator), ACP-600 (Confluence Administrator), or equivalent
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or any relevant AWS certification is a plus

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a JIRA Administrator or Atlassian Tools Administrator
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience working on Atlassian Cloud environment
- Demonstrated experience in at least one end-to-end Atlassian Cloud migration project
