Join our growing Finance team! We are looking for talented finance professionals to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) function and drive business performance through insightful financial reporting and analysis.

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Open Positions: 24

Experience: 4–8 Years

CTC: 16 – 22 Lakhs P.A.

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) activities

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure processes

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations

Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions

Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams

Drive process improvements and ensure timely financial reporting





Preferred Skills:

Strong experience in FP&A;, Book Closure, and MIS Reporting

Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience with SAP and advanced Excel is preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
