- Must have experience in using HPLC, Must have experience in using all instrument in QC
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement and develop/implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
