What would you do
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a transparent and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. Implementation of gen. ledger processes including yearend closing, journalizing. Creating and maintaining ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries, design to deliver a financial management solution including a flexible accounting structure, comprehensive journal processing, hierarchical summaries,



intuitive inquiry and reporting as well as dynamic allocations and the management of commitments and expenditures also run Interface reports and perform close books of accounts.

What are we looking for
Education- BCOM/BBM/MCOM/MBA
ERP / any certification required- SAP / Oracle / SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine
Commerce graduate with 1+ years of experience in Record to Report / General Ledger accounting
Knowledge of GL processing, journal entries, accruals, prepayments and month-end close support
Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations, PL analysis and reporting activities
Basic exposure to fixed assets, intercompany accounting and variance analysis
Good Excel skills, data analysis and reporting exposure
Good communication skills and positive learning attitude

SAP / BlackLine working knowledge preferred
PowerPoint presentation and reporting skills
MS Office Excel / Access / query analysis exposure
External reporting exposure would be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

- In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

- Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor

- You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
