Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions within the organization.
- Headhunt top talent through lateral hiring, executive search, and leadership hiring techniques.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in corporate recruitment or non-IT / IT recruitment industry.
- Proven track record in headhunting, lateral hiring, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Robust understanding of the chemicals industry landscape and current trends in talent acquisition.
