JD: Controller- Finance -Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Reporting

o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS at Outlet level and consolidated level.

o Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets of the company

o Responsible for end to end accounting of the Service Outlet o Conduct Stock Audits & Fixed Asset verification at frequent intervals

o Filing of all necessary compliance such as (GST,PF,PT,TDS etc)

o Oversee month-end and year-end closings, coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits.

o Handle payments including employee reimbursements, vendor payments, statutory payments etc and intercompany settlements.

o Ensure smooth closure of books of accounts and timely closure of statutory & tax audits audits.

o Manage treasury operations, & banking relationships o Demonstrated working experience in ERP





o Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital forecasting.

o Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulatory requirements.

o Foster collaboration across internal functions (Sales Ops, FP&A;, HR, Legal) to drive financial strategy execution

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance profile

• BCOM/MCOM/MBA from a recognized university is mandatory

• Willing to relocate to Bangalore • Prior experience of working in Automobile Service Outlet is an added advantage

• Excellent communication and excel skills .

• Solid understanding of accounting and statutory compliance .
