Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP / QM / PM Consultant with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) processes in SAP S/4HANA environments.

The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, testing, user support, integration with other modules, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP PP Production Planning

- Configure and support SAP PP processes including:
- Material Master
- BOM (Single / Multi-level)
- Work Centers
- Routing / Recipes
- Production Versions

- Manage Make to Stock (MTS) and Make to Order (MTO) scenarios.
- Handle Production Orders lifecycle:

- Creation
- Release
- Confirmation
- Goods Issue / Goods Receipt
- Settlement
- Technical Completion

- Configure MRP:

- PIR
- Forecasting
- Reorder Planning
- Consumption Based Planning

- Capacity Planning and Scheduling.
- Handling Batch Management, Co-products, By-products, Scrap.

2. SAP QM Quality Management

- Configure and support:
- Inspection Types
- Inspection Lots
- Sampling Procedures
- Inspection Plans
- MICs
- Catalogs / Code Groups

- QM in Procurement:

- Vendor Evaluation
- Source Inspection
- Certificate Processing

- QM in Production:

- In-process Inspection
- Final Inspection





- Usage Decision, Defect Recording, Quality Notifications.
- Integration with MM, PP, SD modules.
- Manage blocked stock, rejected materials, rework process.

3. SAP PM Plant Maintenance

- Configure SAP PM processes:
- Technical Objects
- Equipment
- Functional Locations
- Serial Numbers

- Maintenance Processing:

- Notification Management
- Preventive Maintenance
- Breakdown Maintenance
- Corrective Maintenance

- Maintenance Orders:

- Planning
- Scheduling
- Costing
- Settlement

- Maintenance Plans / Task Lists.
- Spare Parts integration with MM.
- Work Clearance Management.

4. Integration Responsibilities

- PP with MM / SD / FI / CO
- QM with MM / PP / SD
- PM with MM / FI / CO

5. Project Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering from business users.
- Prepare Functional Specifications for developments.
- Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT.
- Master Data Migration support.
- End User Training.
- Cutover & Go-Live Support.
- Hypercare / Production Support.

Required Skills

- 7 to 10 years SAP PP / QM / PM experience.
- Minimum 1 End-to-End Implementation.
- Solid configuration knowledge in PP, QM, PM.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, FI, CO.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Fiori Apps.
- ABAP Debugging basics.
- SAP Best Practices knowledge.
- Manufacturing / FMCG / Pharma industry experience.

Education

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / IT / Science.
- SAP Certification preferred.
