TECHNICAL DOCUMENT CONTROLLER”

Role Overview:

Quant Solar is seeking a Technical Document Controller to manage our engineering documentation for large-scale floating solar installations. This critical role ensures all technical drawings, system specifications, product manuals, installation guides, and operations procedures for our advanced Floating Solar Photovoltaic (FSPV) architecture are accurate, current, and accessible to our global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and Maintain: Structure and organize all comprehensive technical documents, ensuring they align with engineering standards.
- Manage Version Control: Oversee the master document list, track revisions (v1, v2, v3), and manage all document reviews and approvals using a digital DMS.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to internal standards and external regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO).




- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Product development to translate complex data into accessible, high-quality documentation.
- Knowledge Sharing: Prepare and disseminate instructional materials for training and key stakeholder access.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Diploma or B.Tech in an Engineering discipline (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil).
- 3–5 years of direct experience in a Technical Documentation or Document Control role, with a strong focus on complex technical information.
- Proven skills in organizing complex document structures and managing rigorous version control.
