Role & responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
- Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding formalities
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate Onboarding process
- Maintain the joining documents
