Senior Quality Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in project quality management and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing project quality plans, ensuring compliance with customer processes, and facilitating process harmonization. This role requires strong analytical skills to assess project performance and implement corrective actions, as well as the ability to conduct training and support business unit-level initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and implement project quality plans and strategies to achieve project goals.
- Initiate and set up recent projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Engage with customers to understand their processes and ensure project compliance.
- Facilitate process harmonization discussions with customers.
- Analyze project performance and communicate improvements to internal management and customers.
- Tailor processes for projects and provide support to delivery team members in Project Management, Incident Management, Service Management, and Configuration Management.
- Conduct project assessments and audits, analyzing performance at the project, account, and business unit levels.




- Facilitate the development and implementation of process improvement plans.
- Support organizational and business unit-level process initiatives.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Service Management Systems (SMS) by applying lessons learned and best practices from projects.
- Conduct training sessions on process orientation, project management, estimation, and related topics.
- Manage Business Unit level dashboards and Management Information Systems (MIS).

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience in ISO 20000 and ISO 9001.
- Experience in CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Service Management systems, ITIL Framework, ISO 9001, and ISO 20000.
- Experience in conducting process audits.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Experience in project performance analysis and corrective action implementation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management and quality assurance.
