Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define role specifications.
- Source and attract talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions, and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and compliance with hiring policies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the companys market presence.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality and timely delivery of profiles
