Role & Responsibilities

- The supervisor will handle daily production activities including briquetting and pelletizing operations.
- Manage warehouse inflow/outflow and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate and monitor briquetting and pelletizing machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform routine electrical checks on motors, control panels, and wiring for presses, grinders, and conveyors.
- Conduct mechanical maintenance including lubrication, alignment, and preventive servicing of pellet and briquette machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules and repairs for compliance and audits.
- Plan and execute seasonal procurement and material dispatch in coordination with the operations team.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for plant and warehouse operations.
- Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards within the plant premises.




- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports including production, inventory, and dispatch status.
- Handle manpower allocation, shift planning, and performance monitoring.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and maintain electrical panels.
- Troubleshoot motor and wiring issues.
- Ensure secure operation of electrical systems.
- Oversee maintenance of presses, grinders, and conveyors.
- Manage lubrication schedules and alignment checks.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans.

Preferred candidate profile

- Ready to work in shifts.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years.
- Education: B.Sc./ITI/Diploma or equivalent.
