Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter with hands-on exposure to end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, a good understanding of technical roles, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

- Work on hiring for technical roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, Product, and Engineering positions

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

- Coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final interview rounds





- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines

- Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, documentation, and joining follow-ups

- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality benchmarks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of IT technologies and skill sets.

- Experience in lateral hiring for mid-level and senior-level roles

- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven setting

- Proficiency in using job portals, and MS Excel
