Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager with strong project delivery and client-facing experience to manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects. This role requires strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management, proactive risk management, and a good understanding of the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage ServiceNow projects while effectively coordinating with customers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation and planning through Go-Live and Hypercare.
- Develop and own project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage delivery across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, ITAM, etc
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers for project delivery and governance.
- Drive regular project governance including internal reviews, customer status meetings, and management reporting.
- Proactively identify, track, and manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and decisions.
- Identify potential schedule or delivery deviations early and drive appropriate mitigation and escalation.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional and distributed delivery teams.
- Manage scope and identify potential scope creep/change requests in a timely manner.
- Track project effort, resource utilization, budget, and overall project health.
- Ensure timely completion of customer prerequisites, approvals, UAT, sign-offs, and other project dependencies.
- Manage customer expectations and handle project escalations effectively.
- Ensure quality delivery and smooth transition through UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and project closure.
- Support user adoption and organizational change management activities as applicable.




- Contribute to account success by identifying customer concerns and potential opportunities for further engagement.
- Support pre-sales activities such as effort estimation, project planning, delivery approach, and transition from Sales to Delivery, as required.
- Leverage AI and productivity tools, where appropriate, to improve project management and delivery efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5–7 years of overall professional experience, with relevant experience in project management/delivery within IT services or consulting.
- Experience managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle and exposure to modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, etc.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience in project planning, RAID management, resource coordination, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and project closure.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to proactively manage project risks, dependencies, conflicts, and escalations.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Understanding of effort tracking, utilization, and budget management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take independent ownership of project outcomes.
- Exposure to pre-sales, estimation, and proposal activities would be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Tech/MCA
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certification would be an advantage.
- ServiceNow CSA or other ServiceNow certifications would be an advantage.
- Prior experience with a ServiceNow consulting/implementation partner is preferred.
