Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Handle learner walk-ins and provide course & career guidance.
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Build strong relationships with learners and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

- 1-7yrs experience in career counselling and B2C sales across the education/Edtech industry.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline with a Target-driven sales mindset.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong communication & counselling skills.
