Job Objective

The Team Lead will lead the high-performing and dynamic team of telecallers. She will be responsible for team handling, overseeing the daily operations, managing relations with the potential clients. The Manager will be a strategic leader with excellent communication, sales and people management skills (as well as understanding of pharmaceutical sales process will be a plus)

Job Responsibilities

1. TEAM LEADERHIP

- Manage and motivate a team of telecallers to consistently meet of call targets

- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure high team efficiency.

2. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

- Establish and nurture strong business relations with clients (eg. doctors, chemists and other stakeholders.

- Serve as the escalation point for high value or complex client interactions

3. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

- Conduct regular training for the team





- Ensure the team maintains high communication standards and compliance in all calls.

4. PERFORMANCE MONITORING

- Keep high monitoring on the team and their performance tracking.

- Identify gaps in tele calling processes and implement improvements to boost efficiency and conversion

- Collaborate with teams to align strategies and support execution.

5. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

- Ensure full compliance with the company regulations

- Ensure the disciplinary factors for the team.

6. Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

- Analyze sales data and identify improvement areas

- Report team performance to senior management

- Maintain updated records in application systems

7. Process Improvement

- Suggest improvements in scripts and sales approaches

- Work with marketing or operations teams to optimize lead quality

- Implement recent campaigns or promotions

Compensation

Up to 5 to 7 LPA (negotiable depending on present package and candidature)
