AI Technology Delivery Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Technology Delivery Lead to lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled delivery transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technology delivery expertise with a deep understanding of program execution, Agile methodologies, governance frameworks, and emerging AI capabilities to drive operational excellence across complex enterprise environments.

This role will be responsible for shaping AI-driven solutions that enhance planning, execution, stakeholder collaboration, decision-making, governance, and delivery visibility while ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.

The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, engineering teams, and transformation leaders to define solution vision, establish implementation roadmaps, and drive successful delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Delivery Leadership

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled transformation programs from strategy through deployment and adoption.
- Define execution approaches, delivery plans, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
- Drive solution design decisions to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.
- Oversee successful execution across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.

Program & Delivery Management

- Manage complex technology programs involving cross-functional stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Establish governance mechanisms, delivery controls, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
- Monitor scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and quality throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Ensure predictable and measurable delivery outcomes.

AI & Digital Transformation

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve delivery effectiveness, decision support, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to define high-impact use cases and transformation priorities.




- Drive adoption of intelligent workflows, automation capabilities, and AI-powered decision frameworks.
- Support development of scalable and sustainable transformation solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner with business leaders, technology executives, PMOs, product organizations, and delivery teams to understand strategic priorities.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements discussions, and solution design sessions.
- Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and drive informed decision-making.
- Communicate program progress, challenges, risks, and recommendations to executive audiences.

Solution Design & Architecture Collaboration

- Work closely with architects, engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into implementable solutions.
- Define functional capabilities, integration requirements, data needs, and operational considerations.
- Support creation of delivery backlogs, release roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Governance & Operational Excellence

- Design frameworks that improve execution visibility, accountability, and delivery performance.
- Establish standards, processes, KPIs, and governance models that support long-term success.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery functions.
- Promote best practices in Agile delivery, program management, and technology execution.

Team Leadership

- Lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of consultants, business analysts, solution architects, engineers, data specialists, and delivery professionals.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation,



collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Drive high-performance delivery across the organization.

Required Qualifications

Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Program Management, Digital Transformation, Product Delivery, or Consulting.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering technology solutions in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and business stakeholders.
