Who you are

- You have at least 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar field.
- You can communicate clearly and politely in both written and spoken language.

Your responsibilities

- Deliver a great customer experience by actively engaging with customers throughout their shopping journey.
- Act as an ambassador of the brand by sharing knowledge about products and services with customers and colleagues.
- Support customers across different touchpoints, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.




- Maintain strong knowledge of the product range and contribute to offering complete and sustainable home furnishing solutions.
- Ensure the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and range presentation is up to date.
