We have job opportunities with FMCG Industry for the Logistic Executive- Supply Chain Management position, Bangalore Location

Job Responsibility:

- Coordinate and guide the WSPs to do on time Shipments from the Warehouses to the customer.
- Resolving WD issues on Shortages, damages and Time in Transit (TIT).
- Monitor the Over Due SIT stock on a daily basis and take corrective actions.
- Provide Inputs to the Regional Logistics Manager on the Transporters/WSP and do the initial round of negotiations and assessment with potential Vendors.
- Cross check the Plan generated by TPVS for any further optimization opportunities,
- Monitor the Truck Utilization to optimize the secondary Freight
- Monitoring Transporter Performance and Load drops and take corrective actions.
- Ensure the Inventory Accuracy at the Warehouse locations and ensure that the same is monitored on a daily basis.
- Ensure that the Warehouses are complying with all the Statutory Norms in consultation with the Finance.
- Ensuring the Compliance to the Operational Guidelines on Warehousing (Stacking
- Norms/Hygiene)




- Monitoring of SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete stocks) and escalating to the
- marketing Teams.
- Ensuring the Repacking of the Stocks is done well in time.
- Monitoring the Performance of the WSPs and ensure that they deliver on the
- expectations (OTIF, Fill rates, IRA, Compliances etc) thru providing Training.
- Coordinating with Insurance/Branch for getting the necessary approvals for destroying the damaged material and Ensure destruction of Damage Material well in time as per the approvals.
