Job Title: Sr . Trainer ( RCM - US Healthcare ) Hyd

Key Responsibilities:

1. Should have worked in AR calling & denial management for a min of 4.5 years Need 1 yr as On paper Sr. RCM Trainer

2. Should have hands on experience in MS office package preferably in Word, Excel and power point

3. Should have excellent com skill as the trainer will be involved in transition support and in orienting the leaders joining the organization

4. Exposure in dental billing/hospital billing

5. Experience as a Sr.Trainer/Sr.Process Coach

6. Hands on experience in content development and ability to use Articulate, Adobe weaver etc.

Job Title : VNA Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

1.Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for current hires and existing employees need 1 yr On paper as VNA Trainer

2.Deliver training on American pronunciation, fluency, intonation, and speech clarity





3.Provide accent neutralization coaching to improve communication effectiveness

4.Design and develop training modules, materials, and assessments

Facilitate refresher trainings and continuous improvement programs

5.Conduct call audits and provide constructive feedback to improve performance

6.Support teams in enhancing customer/patient interaction skillsMonitor trainee performance and maintain training reports and metricsCollaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs

Qualifications:

Education: Any Bachelors degree.

Experience: 4.5+ years in medical billing and RCM in AR Domain, Must have Experience in Training // 4 plus yrs of exp into Training and 2 pluys yrs as VNA Trainer on paper ( Into BPO domain or US healthacre )

Skills: In-depth knowledge of RCM processes, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software.
