About the Role:

Segula Technologies is inviting enthusiastic female MBA freshers to join our energetic team as HRBP Interns in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on exposure to HR Business Partnering
- Opportunities to work on live HR projects
- A pathway to transition into a full-time HRBP role based on performance
- Partner with HRBPs in delivering HR services across business units
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives




- Conduct client site visits for engagement activities (feedback sessions, events, well-being drives)
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client use
- Contribute to HR policy reviews and ensure compliance.

Stipend & Opportunity:

- Stipend offered during the internship.
- Successful interns will be converted to Permanent role with Segula
