- Senior Manager (Technical Services) will lead Technical Services for lubricants, greases and esters to all sectors that the company operates in
- S/he will provide technical expertise and support to customers, sales teams, and internal functions
- S/he will be responsible for product development, quality control, and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical assistance and training
- This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including global R&D;, suppliers, and customers, to address technical challenges, develop recent products, and improve existing ones
- Product Knowledge (Esters / Lubricants / Greases, Aviation oil, Special Chemicals) / Product Application Knowledge ( (Industrial & Aviation)
- Audits planning, Technical Support & Troubleshooting Skills
- Product Development & OEM Interaction or Dealing Defence or Government Agencies
- Quality Management and Certifications -ISO 9001:2015 / AS9100 / ISO 14001:2025
- Market Intelligence & Industry Awareness
- Documentation and Technical Literature Preparation
