- Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for Personal Loan sales through outbound calls.
- Explain loan products and convert leads into potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or loan sales is preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
