We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team for an International Voice Process supporting a leading E-commerce platform.

Process: International Chat E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through international voice calls

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns

Assist customers with orders, payments, delivery, returns, and other issues

Maintain quality standards and achieve process targets

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills

Minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat Process

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered (UG/Graduate)

Customer handling skills and a positive attitude

Cab facility available

Rotational shifts

5.5 days working
