Job Description:

Position: Senior Technology Engineer
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Work as a Senior Oracle Database Engineer supporting technology projects,



with strong expertise in Oracle performance tuning and automation of repetitive DBA tasks using modern technologies such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, and Groovy.

The role involves working on multiple projects simultaneously in a challenging environment. Out-of-hours and weekend work may be required. Work from Office is mandatory as per organization policy.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
- Relevant Oracle certifications (Desirable).

Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in large organizations.
- Banking and Analytical Database background (Desirable).

Technical Skills:

- Oracle Database Administration.
- Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC).
- Oracle Data Guard.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and AWS.
- Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Recovery Manager (RMAN).
- Database patching.
- Oracle Performance Tuning (SQL Tuning, Database Tuning).
- Database Migration.
- SQL and PL/SQL.
- Unix/Linux Operating Systems.
- Agile working practices.
- Scripting (Bash, Python).
- Ansible and Git (Desirable).
- Jenkins and Groovy (Desirable).
- Terraform (Desirable).
