Description

We are seeking a skilled Workday Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Workday applications, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze client requirements to design effective Workday solutions.
- Configure and implement Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, and Finance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday applications.
- Develop and maintain integration solutions between Workday and other systems.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.




- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and new features.
- Skills and Qualifications

- 4-10 years of experience working with Workday applications.
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture and data models.
- Proficient in Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financial Management modules.
- Experience with Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.
- Familiarity with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Studio, and Cloud Connect.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
