Key Responsibilities

- Manage interior fit-out projects from design handover to final completion
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Handle project budgets, BOQs, billing, and cost control
- Ensure timely execution and proactive resolution of site issues
- Review drawings, specifications, and execution methodologies
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports
- Ensure proper project handover and closure documentation

Mandatory Requirements

- 10-15 years of experience as a MEP Project Manager
- Mandatory experience in the Interior Fit-Out industry (Commercial / Corporate / Office Interiors only)
- Proven track record of end-to-end project execution
- Strong understanding of civil, MEP coordination, finishes, and site execution
- Client-facing experience with robust stakeholder management skills
