Job Description

Indian Institute of Commerce Lakshya is looking for a Financial Analyst / Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in Power BI, DAX, Financial Analysis, MIS Reporting, and Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate will support business planning by building dashboards, automating reports, analyzing financial and operational data, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Analyze financial and business data to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and optimize DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and data models.
- Automate recurring MIS reports and business reporting processes.
- Create financial reports, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance tracking.




- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources.
- Collaborate with Finance, MIS, and Business teams to deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or MIS Analyst.
- Robust hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
- Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience in dashboard development and report automation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and Power Automate is an added advantage.
- Power BI Certification/License is preferred.
