Job Summary

UI Designers in Engagement Platforms, Rewards & Partner Ecosystems independently own visual design within the domain translating UX intent into polished, interaction-complete interfaces, applying the Digital Design System with expertise, and contributing to outcomes that matter to customers and the business. Much of this is complex, data-dense operational and partner-facing tooling, where clarity and structure matter as much as polish. Based in India within Tesco Technology, you will be embedded in the domain team, partnering with UX Designers, Engineers, Product Managers and Senior colleagues. You will take craft direction from the Lead Designer for the domain, and collaborate with the Design System team and customer-facing Loyalty design to keep interfaces consistent across the platform and customer boundary.

Responsibilities





- Delivering high-quality UI for complex features across orchestration platforms, configuration tooling and partner experiences including all interaction states, edge cases, empty and error handling, and the dense data views these tools require.
- Translating wireframes into polished, system-consistent interfaces and producing Figma files ready for development.
