Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent for upstream, midstream, downstream, EPC, drilling, offshore, and refinery projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry, technical roles, and recruitment best practices, with the ability to source candidates globally and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Location : Chennai, Adyar

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions within the oil and gas sector.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and talent databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.




- Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Build solid relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor hiring activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 28 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas, EPC, Energy, or Engineering sectors.
