Hiring for Ocean Import Documentation & Data Coordinator.

Experience: 2-5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Ocean Import Documentation & Data Coordinator to manage import shipment documentation, shipment data, milestone updates, and coordination with overseas offices to ensure smooth and timely ocean import operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate shipment records and operational data.
Update shipment milestones and track exceptions.
Collect, verify, and upload import documents (BL, Arrival Notice, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, Customs documents).
Coordinate with overseas/intercompany offices for shipment documents and issue resolution.

Requirements
2-5 years of experience in Ocean Import Operations/Documentation within Freight Forwarding.
Strong knowledge of ocean import processes and shipping documentation.
Experience with freight forwarding systems (CargoWise preferred).
Valuable Excel skills, attention to detail, and strong communication & coordination abilities.
