Role & responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support DevOps solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Collaborate with Development, Testing, Delivery, and Operations teams to build and enhance DevOps frameworks.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement Agile DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using OCI DevOps Services.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (OCI Provider).
- Configure and manage OCI Resource Manager, OCI Functions, and OCI Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE).
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Implement and manage source control, build automation, and release management processes.
- Configure application settings, secrets, and credentials using OCI Vault.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, and Ansible.
- Build and maintain automated deployment, provisioning, and configuration management solutions.
- Create and maintain golden images and automate infrastructure provisioning.
- Implement container build, orchestration, and deployment strategies.
- Monitor code quality, security policies, and infrastructure compliance.
- Design and implement continuous feedback and monitoring mechanisms.
- Evaluate new DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and vendor solutions.




- Work closely with Testing and Delivery teams to resolve issues before production deployment.
- Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and configuration records.
- Drive automation, standardization, and optimization of deployment and operational processes.
- Provide technical support and consultancy for OCI-based DevOps implementations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (if applicable).

Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including:
- Compute
- Virtual Cloud Network (VCN)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Object Storage
- OCI Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE)
- OCI DevOps Service
- OCI Vault
- OCI Resource Manager

- Strong experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform (OCI Provider) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (OKE), and Helm.
- Proficiency in Ansible, Bash, and Python scripting for automation.
- Experience with build automation, cloud infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management.
